1) Overview

Puntips provides subscription-based access to betting analysis, market commentary, and educational content. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that outcomes are not guaranteed and results can vary.

2) Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again. Your access will typically remain active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or yearly).

3) Refund eligibility

Because Puntips provides digital services and time-based access, refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, unused time, or if results do not meet expectations. However, refunds may be considered where:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge).
  • You cancelled but were still billed due to a processing issue.
  • You could not access the service due to a verified technical fault on our side.
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer law.

If a refund is approved, it may be issued as a full or partial refund depending on the circumstance and the portion of the billing period already used.

4) Non-refundable cases

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with results or profitability.
  • Failure to use the service during the billing period.
  • Issues caused by the user’s device, connection, or third-party restrictions.

5) How to request a refund

To request a refund, email admin@puntips.com with:

  • The email used at checkout
  • Your plan name (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
  • Transaction date (and receipt if available)
  • A short description of the issue

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, refunds are typically processed to the original payment method.

6) FAQs

I cancelled — why do I still have access?

Cancelling stops future renewals. Access usually stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund if I didn’t use the service?

Typically no. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll review it.

What if the site was down?

If there was a verified outage that prevented access for a meaningful period, we can assess a partial refund or account credit depending on circumstances.

How long do refunds take?

After approval, timing depends on your bank/issuer. We process refunds back to the original payment method.
